What is WAV-C

ABOUT THE WASHINGTON AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE CLUSTER

Washington Autonomous Vehicle Cluster (WAV-C) calls the Kitsap Peninsula, the second-best innovative community in America, home. We are working in a collaborative space with government agencies, academic institutions, corporations, top entrepreneurs and a deep bench of funders to bring about the newest and most advanced innovative solutions in maritime autonomous vehicles. Leveraging a highly trained workforce and democratization of innovative solutions and the optimization of resources' usability to promote a world class economic cluster.

Our ambitions are bolstered by one of the most sophisticated testing environments for Autonomous Vehicles in the Northwest, as well as federal infrastructure, industry and a consortium of educational institutions. Under WAV-C the best and brightest minds in research, applications, testing, and launching will collaborate to make the Pacific Northwest the Premier Destination for autonomous systems.
